Sustainably harvested from Uganda’s bountiful freshwater lakes, each piece of fish maw is carefully selected and naturally processed to retain its purity and nutritional value. The tubular shape adds an elegant touch, offering a uniform texture that absorbs flavors beautifully in a variety of dishes. The whole maw is extracted and then dried in its original shape.

Malaysia Fish Maw
Otherwise known as Golden Dragon dried fish maw, this is a firm but elastic tubular maw from the waters of Malacca, near Malaysia. The whole maw is extracted and then dried flat, without slicing into two.

The maw retains the premium thickness of the meat.

Great for soups and stews!
