Refund and Returns
Our policies regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Overview
Refunds or returns will only be given to the extent there is a non-excludable right to return or refund under the Australian Consumer Law or the Sale of Goods Act NSW or other applicable legislation.
Returns
Please inspect and check all Products received and within 48 business hours of receipt notify HealthyNest in writing of any shortage in quantity, defect, incorrect specification, damage or Products not in accordance with your Order. You are responsible for checking that Products delivered correspond with those Ordered prior to use. After use or expiry of the time stated herein the Product shall be deemed to be free from any defect or damage at delivery.
Products cannot be returned without first informing HealthyNest and obtaining approval from a duly authorised officer of HealthyNest. Returned Products must be unmarked, in a saleable condition and must include the original packaging, Invoice, and/or delivery document.
No credit or replacement will be given unless and until Products so returned have been verified as being valid for return or are defective and are returned with approval from a duly authorised officer of HealthyNest. An administration, shipping, and restocking fee shall be debited from your account where the returned Products prove to be not defective or not otherwise valid for return.
Returned Products must be returned to HealthyNest at the address notified by HealthyNest.
Refunds
If and when a refund is authorised after the product has been returned, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days (or a number of business days as quoted to HealthyNest by our payment processor).
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange instead of a refund where a return has already been approved, and the returned item is proven to be defective, of the incorrect specification, or damaged. The replacement product will be sent via standard Australia Post Parcel Post, and sent to the same shipping address as nominated on by you.
Gifts
Please see the section for “Exchanges”. If you are not the original purchaser, you cannot request a refund.
Shipping returns
Once a return is approved, HealthyNest will email you a return shipping label to be printed and affixed to the original parcel.
An administration, shipping, and restocking fee shall be debited from your account where the returned Products prove to be not defective or not otherwise valid for return. Otherwise, if the returned item is proven to be defective, of the incorrect specification, or damaged, HealthyNest will cover the cost of returns.
