    Yes, our bird’s nest and seafood products are imported through the official customs process, and are all approved for import by the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (Department of Agriculture) after undergoing strict processing and quality control checks. On HealthyNest products, the import permit number is clearly marked on our packaging.

    In recent years there have been increasing cases of grey import bird’s nest which do not adhere to Department of Agriculture rules. These products frequently lack shelf stability, leading to steady deterioration, changes in colour, and mold growth. The sellers of these nests will advise users to cook them for a very short period of time – this is because these illegally imported nests would dissolve into liquid and dissapear if cooked for longer.

This lets all our customers inspect and verify the appearance and colour of our dry bird’s nest and dry seafood products – as these are natural products, there will always be minor variations in the aesthetic profile, but you can rest easy as HealthyNest will always guarantee the cooking and textural qualities of our products.

    Currently, we only ship goods to Australia and New Zealand. If you are overseas and wish to make a purchase as a gift for a loved one, we accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diner’s Club, JCB, Alipay, and payments via direct bank transfer (Australian BSB system or international SWIFT system). Generally we will include a packing slip (no price listed) instead of an invoice with the gift order if your billing address is different from your shipping address.
