Our product is certified GRADE 1, Medium Size in Japan and is rigorously inspected and graded graded by the Hokkaido Scallop Grading Committee. Some of the other suppliers in Australia relabel the Japanese M Size as an Extra Large Size – please do check the specifications to compare our products accurately.
